Experienced Barista in Sharjah


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure consistency in the taste and quality of all beverages served
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Up-sell additional products such as pastries or snacks to customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant environment
- Excellent knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Familiarity with espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
Salary for this position is 900$ per month.
