The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced Barista with a passion for crafting delicious coffee and providing excellent customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light food items, in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work station, handle cash transactions, and engage with customers to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- A strong understanding of different coffee brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, answer questions, and make recommendations when necessary
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in drinks served
- Adhere to food safety regulations while handling food items
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Attend training sessions on new products or techniques as required
