Machine Operator - Sofia, Bulgaria


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines, while also meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards. This is a contract position that requires previous experience as a machine operator and does not come with accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of different types of machinery
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
