Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain efficient and reliable back-end systems
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Continuously improve development processes and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of back-end programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring, Django or Rails
- Familiarity with database management systems, particularly SQL
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
