Factory Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Split. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machinery in our production facility. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machinery during operation and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Factory Machine Operator preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Physically fit to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport for identification purposes
