Factory Machine Operator



We are looking for a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Split. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our production facility. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our machines while producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Operate machines efficiently and safely
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a factory setting preferred
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their operations
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: 1500$

Location: Split (Candidates from India preferred)
