We are seeking a skilled and passionate Shaper to join our team at our surf shop in Dubrovnik. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating custom surfboards and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone with a love for surfing and a talent for shaping to work in a beautiful location with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create custom surfboards according to customer specifications
- Use shaping tools and techniques to shape, sand, and finish boards
- Ensure all boards meet quality standards and are ready for use
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials
- Collaborate with team members on new designs and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining the process and answering any questions

Requirements:
- Experience in shaping surfboards with the ability to create high-quality designs
- Passion for surfing and knowledge of different board shapes, materials, and techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
