Construction Project Manager - Mauren, Nepal

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Mauren, Nepal. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Your duties will include creating project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets and schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be familiar with local building codes and regulations in Nepal. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans and timelines
- Coordinate resources such as materials, equipment, and personnel
- Oversee construction activities to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor progress against schedules and budgets

Requirements:
