Senior Architect



We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Triesen. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from residential buildings to commercial structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other architects to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and specifications for construction
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with engineers and other architects to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Oversee construction progress and make site visits as needed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract job with possibility for extension or full-time employment.
