Architectural Technologist



Our architectural firm in Eschen is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to design and develop building plans and construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and building plans
- Use specialized software (such as AutoCAD or Revit) to create detailed drawings and models
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information for project development
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials and labor
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals throughout the construction process
- Review project progress and make revisions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
