Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and locations of physical features. You will use specialized equipment and software to collect data and create accurate maps and reports. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or a related field, though on-the-job training may be provided for candidates without experience. Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land areas using specialized equipment
- Collect data on property boundaries, topography, and physical features
- Analyze data to determine accurate measurements
- Create maps, reports, and other documents using specialized software
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate information
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards
- Conduct research on land records and historical data
- Work independently or as part of a team on large projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred (on-the-job training may be provided)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit for walking long distances over uneven terrain
- Pakistani nationality preferred but not required
