Power Engineer


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Power Engineer to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining power systems and equipment for various projects. Your expertise in electrical engineering and knowledge of power generation, transmission, and distribution will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our power systems.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining power systems for various projects.
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine the most suitable power sources for different locations.
- Collaborating with other engineers and professionals to ensure the integration of power systems with other infrastructure.
- Analyzing data and performing calculations to determine load requirements and optimize system performance.
- Overseeing the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
- Monitoring the performance of existing power systems and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshooting issues with equipment or systems and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Power Engineer or similar role.
- Proficient in using computer aided design (CAD) software for electrical design.
- Strong knowledge of power generation, transmission, and distribution principles.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards such as IEEE, NEC, IEC, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience working on large-scale renewable energy projects.

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
