Instrument Technician
We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Eschen. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial processes. This includes troubleshooting and calibrating equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and keeping accurate maintenance records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and instrumentation technology, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instruments used in industrial processes
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and optimal performance
- Keep accurate maintenance records and update equipment manuals as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Provide technical support to other departments when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong background in electronics and instrumentation technology
- Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and process control equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Salary: 1200$ per month.
Location: Eschen.
