Our library in Mecca is in need of a dedicated and organized Librarian to join our team. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our collection of books, periodicals, and other materials. You will also assist patrons with finding resources and provide information literacy instruction. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for literature and education. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a library setting and possess a degree in Library Science or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials
- Catalogue new materials and maintain accurate records of all items
- Assist patrons with locating resources and conducting research
- Provide instruction on information literacy skills to students and staff
- Develop educational programs and activities for library users
- Monitor library budgets and make purchasing decisions for new materials
- Maintain the physical organization of the library shelves
- Train and supervise library assistants or volunteers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
- Previous experience working in a library setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to assist patrons with inquiries
- Knowledge of information literacy principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using library databases and software systems
