Instrument Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing various instruments and equipment used in our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of instruments such as flow meters, temperature gauges, pressure transmitters, etc.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and equipment using various tools and techniques.
- Repair or replace faulty components and parts as needed.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure all instruments are functioning correctly and efficiently to maintain production processes.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify potential improvements or upgrades for instruments.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in instrument technology.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of various types of instruments used in industrial processes.
- Proficient in using electronic testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Part-time options may also be available.
