We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for innovation and problem-solving to join our team in Shan, Pakistan. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create predictive models that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
- Gather requirements from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Work with data engineers to prepare data for modeling.
- Develop predictive models that solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into production systems.
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary:
1500$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Shan, Pakistan. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
