Our upscale restaurant in Dar Kulaib is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen, from menu creation and food preparation to staff training and inventory management. We are looking for a creative and passionate chef with a strong background in fine dining cuisine and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that reflect our high-end dining experience
- Create innovative and visually appealing dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards at all times
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Stay current with industry trends and adapt menu offerings accordingly

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Proven track record of designing successful menus that showcase creativity and quality ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff effectively
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other team members
- Up-to-date understanding of food safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred, but not required. We value hands-on experience just as much as formal education.

Salary:
