Wedding planner vacancy in Doha Qatar

Wedding Planner

As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for creating and executing beautiful and memorable weddings for our clients in the city of Doha. We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual with a passion for event planning to join our team. This is a part-time position suitable for Malayalees who have their own visa status in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding visions, budget, and requirements
- Create detailed event proposals outlining all aspects of the wedding including venue, decor, catering, entertainment, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and negotiate contracts
- Manage all logistics leading up to the wedding day including invitations, guest lists, transportation, accommodations, etc.
- Oversee all aspects of the wedding day to ensure it runs smoothly and according to plan
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes
- Keep track of expenses and ensure that the budget is being adhered to
- Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to exceed client expectations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a wedding planner or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and ability to come up with unique ideas for weddings
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with local vendors in Doha is an asset

Salary:
This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
