Administrative Assistant

We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for our office in Muscat. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your duties will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records and databases, and handling correspondence.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. You must also have strong communication skills and be proficient in English. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
