Floral Designer


We are a thriving floral shop located in the beautiful coastal city of Albena, seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, and more. You will also be responsible for maintaining our inventory of fresh flowers and supplies, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements according to client preferences and specifications
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and techniques in floral design to provide innovative designs
- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability at all times
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other florists and staff members to ensure smooth operations within the shop
- Assist with daily shop tasks such as receiving shipments, cleaning work areas, etc.
- Attend workshops or training sessions to further develop skills in floral design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to create different types of arrangements
- Proficient in using tools such as scissors, wire cutters, etc.
- Creative eye for design with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa or residency permit for Albena
- Fluent English speaking skills preferred
Salary: $1700 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we can assist with finding suitable housing options if needed. This position is open to all nationalities but Pakistani or Nepali candidates are preferred due to their expertise in floral design. This is an urgent job opening so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
