Handyman in Balzers

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Balzers. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This includes plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep of the properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of properties to identify potential issues
- Repairing or replacing broken or malfunctioning fixtures such as faucets, toilets, light fixtures, etc.
- Performing minor electrical work such as changing light bulbs and fixing outlets
- Completing carpentry tasks such as installing shelves or repairing cabinets
- Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of properties
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when needed
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Canadian citizenship preferred but not required
