Senior Architect in Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. This job is specifically suitable for Malayalees living in or willing to relocate to Ufa. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes creating designs, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all projects meet legal and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs and plans for various construction projects
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee the progress of projects and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance when needed
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles and best practices

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect in a similar role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles and design techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Good understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
