As a Junior Miner at our mining site in Dubrovnik, you will be responsible for assisting in the extraction of minerals and ores from underground mines. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with little to no experience in mining, but with a strong willingness to learn and work hard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside experienced miners to learn the techniques and procedures for extracting minerals and ores.
- Assist in the construction of underground tunnels and shafts using various tools and equipment.
- Operate machinery such as drills, trucks, and loaders to transport materials.
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
- Conduct inspections of equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of materials extracted, hours worked, and any incidents that occur during your shift.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn on the job.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions including confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
- Basic knowledge of mechanics and machinery is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
