Puncher for Production Company in Zagreb


We are a well-established production company based in Zagreb and we are currently seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating various punching machines to create precision holes and shapes in metal sheets, plates, and other materials according to specific design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punching machines to punch holes, slots, and other shapes in metal sheets and plates
- Read blueprints, drawings, or other design specifications to determine punching requirements
- Load material into machine and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in punch press operation
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good understanding of different types of materials used in production processes
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Zagreb. However, candidates from Nepal who are legally eligible to work in Croatia are also encouraged to apply.

Work Hours:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required during busy periods.

Accommodation:
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must arrange their own housing.
