Data Analytics Specialist



As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the data-driven decision making process of our company. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help drive business strategy and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business objectives and develop data analysis plans
- Collect, organize and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify patterns and trends
- Use statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract valuable insights from the data
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and inform strategic decisions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy to ensure reliable results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, statistical software (R or Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI)
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

This is a contract position based in Izhevsk. Salary for this position is $1800/month.

Note: This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Kenyan candidates who are currently studying or have completed their studies in the field of Data Analytics. Accommodation will not be provided for this position; candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Izhevsk.
