Office Assistant in Khasab
Our busy office in Khasab is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and assisting with daily office tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order when necessary
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Make travel arrangements for staff members when required
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
