IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Balzers. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain computer networks, including servers, printers, and routers
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and technical issues
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
