Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Our growing company in Moscow is seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative machine learning algorithms and models. Your main goal will be to optimize our company's data-driven processes and enhance our overall performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models for various projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends using statistical methods
- Optimize existing machine learning models for better performance
- Implement data preprocessing techniques to improve the quality of input data
- Monitor and evaluate model performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, etc.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms (e.g. decision trees, random forests, neural networks)
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with popular machine learning libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
