Florist Assistant


We are seeking a talented and passionate Florist Assistant to join our team in Shan, Pakistan. As an assistant to our experienced florists, you will play a crucial role in creating beautiful floral arrangements for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead florist in preparing and arranging flowers for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Handle payments and process orders accurately
- Assist with deliveries as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a floral shop or similar environment
- Passion for flowers and knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and arrangements
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Basic math skills for handling payments and order processing
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Shan, Pakistan. The candidate must have legal authorization to work in Pakistan.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
