Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot any issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and productivity. Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any malfunctions or repairs needed. Keep accurate records of production and materials used. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure smooth workflow. Must have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Full-time position located in Zagreb with salary starting at $900 per month.
