Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Store in Khasab, Egypt



We are hiring a dynamic and creative Merchandiser to join our fashion retail store in Khasab, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and arranging products to attract and engage customers. You will work closely with the store manager to plan and implement merchandising strategies that align with our brand's image and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays of merchandise according to seasonal trends and promotions
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked and products are arranged in an attractive manner
- Collaborate with the buying team to select the best products for the store based on customer demand
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock when needed
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure all displays are maintained and products are properly labeled
- Train sales associates on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving product placement or assortments

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a fashion retail setting
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques, trends, and best practices
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
