Sales Representative

A reputable company in Shan is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a high level of energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

As a Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

- Promoting and selling products to potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and new opportunities.
- Collaborating with other team members to develop effective sales strategies.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Providing timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalee/Egyptian (depending on the target market).
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This is an urgent position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a full-time role with no accommodation provided, so candidates must be able to commute to Shan on a daily basis.
