Junior Barista - El-Ain, Egypt


We are hiring a Junior Barista to join our team at a bustling café in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced café environment and possess excellent customer service skills. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the coffee industry, as we provide free training and mentoring. Salary: $1700 per month

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café bar area
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by being knowledgeable about our products and making recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Previous experience working as a barista or in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
