Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the layout and assembly of mechanical systems
- Install mechanical components such as pipes, valves, pumps, and motors according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on machines and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure smooth operation
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical concepts, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to work in various positions for extended periods of time
