A reputable construction company in Dubai is seeking a skilled and motivated Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land surveying principles, methods, and techniques, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Preparing detailed survey reports and drawings
- Analyzing survey data and making recommendations based on findings
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in surveying projects
- Maintaining and calibrating survey equipment
- Communicating with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues or challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position. Applicants must be fluent in English, as all communication within our company is conducted in English. Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa for working in Dubai.
