Land Surveyor

Our land surveying company in Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in land surveying, preferably in Dubai or the Middle East region. We are specifically looking for Indian candidates, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and verify existing property lines
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to measure and map out land features
- Prepare detailed drawings, maps, and reports based on survey data
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Work closely with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while in the field

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
