Baker Assistant



We are in search of a skilled and motivated Baker Assistant to join our team in Lusail. As a Baker Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced bakers to assist in the preparation and production of delicious baked goods. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Assist bakers in measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients for baked goods.
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines.
- Roll out dough, cut and shape pastries, and decorate finished products.
- Clean work areas and equipment to maintain a hygienic baking environment.
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistent quality.
- Communicate with customers to take orders and provide assistance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
