Indian Restaurant Manager in Lom
A well-established Indian restaurant in Lom is seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Create work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels for efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain stock
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with chefs to create menus that meet customer demands and maintain profitability
- Monitor financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and budgeting
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is a plus point
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
