Personal Trainer
As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized fitness plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for clients. You will be working with individuals of various fitness levels and goals, helping them to achieve their desired results through effective coaching and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any health concerns
- Develop personalized workout programs based on individual needs and abilities
- Provide hands-on instruction and guidance during training sessions
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure clients are reaching their goals
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety precautions to prevent injuries
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay consistent with their workouts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and advancements in fitness
Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition principles
- Ability to adapt training methods for different fitness levels and limitations
- Passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Team player with a positive attitude towards continuous learning and development
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Shan (accommodation provided)
Indian candidates with valid work visa preferred.
