Industrial Architect
Location: Balzers, Egypt
Salary: $1300 per month


We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Balzers. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial structures.
- Develop design concepts and blueprints for industrial buildings, taking into account safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are being followed accordingly.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on the project's status.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies applicable to industrial architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial architecture.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
