Land Surveyor
A reputable construction company in Dickirch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and providing precise data to assist with the planning and development of various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Gather and analyze data related to topography, terrain, and existing structures
- Create detailed maps and diagrams using surveying software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Ensure that all surveying activities comply with legal regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles, techniques, and methods
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Dickirch
Salary:
The salary for this role is $1500 per month.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Occasional weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines.
