Construction Manager



A reputable construction company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues or delays
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials used

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Experience working on large-scale projects in the Middle East
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Nationality Preference:
We welcome candidates from Pakistan or Egypt for this position.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is required for this role.

Employment Type:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience Requirement:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates without prior experience who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
