Executive Chef
Location: Triesen, Canada
Salary: $1500 per month
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Triesen, Canada. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, overseeing food preparation and ensuring high-quality and timely food service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to our target audience
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including ingredient sourcing, recipe creation, and plating presentation
- Ensure that all dishes meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, culinary techniques, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is preferred but not required
