Waiter/Waitress - Isa Town, Bahrain



We are seeking a professional and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant located in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the system
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa and be able to legally work in Bahrain
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
