Technical Support Specialist
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Triesen. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, analyzing customer needs, and providing timely and accurate solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Identify and analyze customer needs
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs and product capabilities
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Customer-oriented attitude with a desire to provide exceptional service
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Professional certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Triesen, Liechtenstein
