We are hiring a skilled and experienced Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the blast furnace to produce molten iron. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust the flow of materials into the blast furnace
- Control the temperature and pressure inside the furnace
- Remove impurities from the molten iron
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
- Keep accurate records of production data
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Blast Furnace Operator or similar role
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
