Blast Furnace Operator



We are currently hiring a Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace equipment to produce iron or steel. This is a full-time position and no previous experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust furnace temperature, pressure, and gas flow to maintain efficient production
- Load raw materials into the furnace using heavy machinery
- Monitor and control the flow of molten metal into molds
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues to maintenance team
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with high temperatures and heavy machinery
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Quick problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
