Part-Time Office Assistant
City: Muharraq, Bahrain
We are in need of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in Muharraq. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. This is an ideal opportunity for students looking to gain experience while earning extra income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate meeting room or staff member
- Assisting with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting with data entry and creating spreadsheets as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the office
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month for part-time hours. In addition, accommodation will be provided for those who require it.
