Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations of our high-end restaurant in Izhevsk. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by creating innovative and delicious dishes. You will also be in charge of managing and training a team of chefs and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating unique and high-quality dishes. This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month, as well as opportunities for growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to our target audience
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Manage inventory and maintain proper stock levels to minimize waste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on food safety procedures, cooking techniques, and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting is preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution is highly desired
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
