Chef de Cuisine


Our restaurant in Izhevsk is seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team. As the head chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing kitchen operations, and training and supervising our kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to menu development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a high-quality menu that reflects our concept and meets the expectations of our customers
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained at all times
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff in order to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and control costs
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to menu or recipes as needed
- Collaborate with management on special events or promotions that require unique menu offerings
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new ingredients, techniques, and equipment to continually improve our menu offerings
- Maintain a positive working relationship with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service execution

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Creative approach to menu creation with the ability to stay current with culinary trends
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of best practices for food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train kitchen staff on new dishes or techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen
- Proficient in English
Salary: 1600$ per month
